Returns & Shipping Policy

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns due to the sensitive and perishable nature of live plants.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for cosmetic damage such as bent, torn, or broken leaves or stems that may occur during transit.
  • If your plant arrives dead on arrival and you have:
    • Upgraded to UPS 2-Day shipping, and
    • Included a heat pack if the temperature was below 45°F,
    • Provided an unboxing video within 12 hours of arrival.
    we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report an issue, including a photo of the plant in its original packaging.

Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders on Monday and Tuesday.
  • Wednesday shipping is only available for UPS 2-Day or Overnight services.

Packaging & Transit Notes

  • We pack each plant securely to help ensure it arrives healthy and intact.
  • However, minor cosmetic damage is possible during transit due to the fragile nature of plants.
  • Carrier delays and mishandling are outside our control once the package is in the hands of UPS.

Live Arrival Guarantee

  • Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only if UPS 2-Day shipping and a heat pack (for temps below 45°F) are selected at checkout.
  • This guarantee does not include cosmetic damage.
  • Must provide unboxing video within 12 hours of being delivered.
