Shipping Schedule
- Orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday.
- We may ship on Wednesday for UPS 2-Day or Overnight orders.
Packaging & Transit Care
- We carefully pack your plants to help ensure they arrive healthy and intact.
- Due to the delicate nature of plants, minor cosmetic damage (e.g., torn or bent leaves) may occur.
- Some plants may lose a leaf or two during shipping and may be more sensitive to transit.

We are not responsible for carrier delays. Once the package is with UPS, handling and delivery are out of our control.
Live Arrival Guarantee
- We guarantee your plant will arrive alive if you upgrade to UPS 2-Day shipping and purchase a heat pack when temperatures are below 45°F.
- This guarantee does not include cosmetic damage.
Customer Satisfaction
- We strive for your complete satisfaction and a 5-star experience.
- If your experience is anything less, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns are not accepted.
- We do not refund or replace plants for cosmetic damage.
- If your plant arrives dead and you selected the shipping upgrade and heat pack (when required), we will offer a replacement or refund
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
